End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Science Now grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Application
• Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights under this Agreement

3. Data Privacy

Science Now does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All your calculations and data are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your calculations, nor do we share any information with third parties. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Science Now and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Application is licensed, not sold, to you.

5. Updates and Maintenance

Science Now may provide updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the Application. You agree to install such updates to continue using the Application. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete it from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SCIENCE NOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCIENCE NOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
